What to include
- Bug reports: the page address, what you expected, what happened instead, and your browser and device (for example “Chrome 130 on Android”).
- Feature requests: what you’re trying to do and how the tool could help.
- Privacy requests: if you have an account and want your data exported or deleted, email us from the address registered on your account.
Please don’t send passwords
Never email us a real password, PIN or recovery code, even to report a problem. We will never ask you for one. If you need to show us an issue, use an example value instead.
Security issues
If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in GenPass, please email us with the details and give us a reasonable amount of time to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We appreciate responsible disclosure.
